- All guests must present valid identification documentation upon arrival, whether it is an ID card, passport or other similar documentation.
- All guests must leave their rooms before 12:00 am. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the client an extra supplement as a penalty. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform reception as soon as possible.
- Check-in time for guests is from 2:00 pm.
- If a client does not inform the reception department that he/she wishes to extend his/her stay and, having reached the check-out date and time, the room is not vacated, the hotel will automatically terminate the stay. The client's luggage and personal items will be removed from the room and temporarily stored by the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to these items.
- Customer's Guests are not allowed in the rooms after 8:00 pm. If the client wishes his guest to stay in the hotel, please inform the reception department, which will proceed to register the visitor, who must provide valid documentation.
- For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to cook, iron, smoke in bed or install electrical appliances in the rooms.
- Guests must not store food in the rooms. The hotel will not be responsible for any inconvenience that may be caused.
- Eating or drinking food or beverages not purchased at the hotel is not allowed in the garden, pool and common areas.
- Do not forget to lock your room door when you leave.
- Do not tell your room number to anyone other than a family member and do not invite any strangers to your room. If you notice anything or anyone suspicious, please report it as soon as possible to the front desk.
- The hotel admits pets, but they are not allowed to stay in the common areas: lounge, pool or garden, and they must remain leashed at all times. Any damage they cause in the rooms or other hotel facilities will be paid by the pet's owner.
- Please take proper care of the hotel facilities and equipment. The hotel reserves the right to demand compensation for any damage caused to the property or property made available to guests (such as towels, TV, furniture, etc.). In case of loss, damage or theft of any of these items, the corresponding charge will be applied according to the price list available at reception. If said list does not include the item in question, an estimate will be requested and the estimated amount for repair or replacement will be charged.
